I think that the deviated piping will be too busy. It may be hard to get the piping the right color as the aventurine is a unique color.

Also do not like the Porsche logo.

I have wanted to just add black leather to the mid section in the doors, maybe a black rimmed steering wheel and black mats.

I have a new unused spare silver tacho plate made by Gemballa for a unit with OBC. would like to get $ 30, shipping costs at your expense.

Thanks! I'll take it and give it a try. I'm actually in Amsterdam/Zandvoort racetrack this week so not to far away from Belgium.

That's beautiful. Would you happen to have any more shots of that?
This reminds me a lot of the 1988 Porsche 944 Celebration Editions --- that fabric is a unicorn to find .... might be lovely w/ that.

I have a couple more but that's the best shot of the interior that I have. It was from the Porsche Museum visit we went to when living in Munich, album is here:

Somebody here did plaid (tartan, actually) fabric on 993 door inserts about 2-3 years ago. Jaso, if you search, you'll find pics. I did look pretty good to my eye, but I don't remember what else was done.

A lot of good ideas here! My thoughts...
How about RS door panels? You have Tramonts, Speedlines were standard on the RS as I recall... You have the short gears. Red seat belts too. Do you have have the Fister sound? Hope so.
Agree with the SW suggestion...black three spoke. Porsche or aftermarket. You could even do the contrasting stitching thing.
Redo your calipers in red. Would look really nice with AG.
Another thought I had if you wanted to go another direction from the RS look...carbon fiber. You could do that in stages, it would look great next to Classic Grey.

the houndstooth fabric seats in front and back (as is in the 911S 50th Anniversary version) is yet anaother option.

I got the first pieces back from Paul Champagne --- what a gentleman! Porsche 928 stitching pattern. The "PORSCHE PORSCHE" script is a modern-day update of the original porsche 944 fabric here seen in a 968 and a 944. It is layered into the leather. Note the illustration --- Porsche it seems had intended to equip the 993 with the same fabric and "PORSCHE PORSCHE" script on its seats --- but this never came to fruition.

Anyways, I got these pieces back. A little loud and impolite. Just like the Fister IIs on the car. Perfect complement for a subdued Aventurine Green exterior.
