I wa proud to be able to replace the ignition switch by myself but I am facing a few issues...
I unplugged the battery removed lower dash, remove seat, unplugged VDO unit, replace ignition switch electrical part. And i put everything back except dash.
Now the car does not start and driver side seat doesn’t work. Passenger seat works well but not the driver side (and it is plugged).
What can cause that??? Please help!!!!

I'd separate the two problems and address them one at a time.
1) Verify that you're getting expected function out of the ignition switch. My car is a '97, so this may differ a bit. With the driver door open, key in ignition. As you slowly turn the key, do you get the buzzer sound, position 1 (accessory), then position 2 (on)?
If you don't get the buzzer sound, I bet you have a plug that's loose under the left seat, or at the ignition switch.
2) Do your power locks, turn signals and hazard lights work? Perhaps you've somehow disconnected a harness to the central alarm unit?
The seat malfunction is probably just a plug you forgot to install under the seat. I'd take the seat out and not mess with it until you get the car to start.

Woohooo! Now the car starts. I charged the battery and installed it back and the car starts fine. Maybe we just needed a break ... and à few rhum in Coke for me...

Low or dead battery can cause really strange problems in these cars. They require a pretty specific voltage to maintain a lot of the analog electronic functions. Ive had my fair share of strange problems because the battery was at
