Unhappy Looking for good body / paint facility in Orance Co.

Hello all !,

Can anyone recommend a good shop for paint and body work in the S. Cal (Orange Co.) area? I've got a 1993 C4, and was just hit by an Airborne Express Van. The car WAS in pristine condition, and would like to get it back that way. I want to find the best place I can, regardless of cost. I have heard the best paint to use would be the original "Glasurit"? Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Eric Vaughn at Advanced Auto in San Juan Capistrano. He's great. Do a google search for his number.

Deschlers in Orange is considered by many to be one of the best. I haven't had any work done myself but was impressed with the owner Tim's integrity. Actually talked me out of an unnecessary repair(damaged fender wheel lip from improper offset). Referred me to a paintless/dent guy who fixed it perfectly for $200 saving me a couple of thousand.

Thanks to everyone who replied!
I've talked to all three that were recommended by phone, now it's off to see them in person before I make a decision. Thanks again, I sure do appreciate your advice.

AutoBahn Autobody in Costa Mesa. Ask for Greg. They are the bodyshop for Newport Beach Porsche and do Porsches and Bentleys. One of the few Porsche certified frame specialist (with Porsche frame rig) in the state.

I second the Deshlers in orange recommendation. His shop was recommended by two different highly regarded independent Porsche mechanics when I had a shunt off the inside of turn 5 a Willow Springs in my Boxster. As I recall, about 80% of one entire side had to be repainted, along with a few other spots elsewhere. Some major suspension pieces had to be replaced with new as well.

$6k later, you could NOT tell the car was worked on. It was perfect in every regard.
