Default OT -spoiler mod of the year for 964

lots of discussions about the 993 spoiler wall but saw this last Sunday at a local concourse. Very nice car - owner insists this mod reduces the ratio of tickets to traffic stops dramatically. the blue lines are by design as well!!!

Here's a novel idea QC: if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all. I don't like watching RL threads get shat on by the same few sour ******.

Here's a novel idea: I don't care what you think or what you don't like.

Its not even the bloody OP's car.

Wanting to censure with prejudice what you don't agree with; that's not the spirit of these forums, but you would be a great leader in North Korea.

QC is entitled to his opinion. And you're as much a sour puss as he is, given your statement above.

As for the spoiler mod, maybe asofine can tell all of us what we should think about it.

Instead of everyone getting bent out of shape why don't we think of great and stupid things to write to evade or get the laws back up even more.

If they had a sense of humour it might go a long way.

Cheers

In my area, that being printed on the spoiler wall, would probably garner you some type of "taunting an officer" charge.

Regards,

.

Is there really a "taunting an officer" law? Isnt that kind of a given if youre breaking the law already?

QC is correct its not my "bloody" car! pleased to see that everyone is enjoying the picture (each in their own way!!). and it is funny that saying "hello officer" is called taunting in New England....The car's owner reported that when law enforcement professionals noticed it (and particularly the blue line) they perceived it as support for police... let the discussion continue.....

Great post Stace! And greater still that we live in a Country where, yes even here in New England, taunting and other disrespectful behavior toward a police officer is protected as freedom of speech under the First Amendment of our Constitution! And where guys like Quadcammer arefree to call dorks like that a dork. That's how we distinguish a great and free nation from a police state.

But while it may be protected under the Constitution, I'm with Levent - I highly doubt that such an incendiary message is doing anything but INCREASING his traffic stops. And if you drove around with that on your car in Al's neck of the woods, law enforcement would be going out of their way to cite you. And don't expect any prompt response times when you call 911 - no pun intended.
