Let's see how good my memory is today. I have owned:
1964 Mercury Comet - Caliente 4 dr. sedan. 260 ci V8. It was anything but "Caliente".
1967 Dodge Dart - 318 ci slant six.
1970 Dodge Charger 383 ci. V8.
1973 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme (new)
1974 Corvette 350 V8
1971 Fiat 124 Sport Spyder
1975 Porsche 914 1.8l
1976 Oldsmobile Starfire (new)
1977 Volkswagen Scirocco (new)
196? Caldwell Formula Vee
1978 BMW 320i (new)
1974 Ford Pinto (winter beater)
197? Plymouth Valiant (winter beater)
1976 Ford Mustang II V6 (winter beater)
1984 Porsche 944 (new)
1987 Porsche 944 Turbo (new)
1989 BMW 530i (new - Switzerland)
1990 Audi 90 Quattro 20v (stateside)
1993 Porsche 911 C2(new)
1995 BMW 325i (new - winter beater, new affluent lifestyle.
1997 Porsche 911 C4S (new)
1999 BMW 328i (new - winter beater)
2002 BMW 540i (new - winter beater)

Somewhere in there was a Chevy pick-up truck built in the late 60's that I owned for 4 weeks before truning a tidy profit. Since my BMW 320i days, I have always had a "special" car, and somthing else to drive in midwestern winters. looking at this list, I must be older than Ray Calvo!

Cheers

I've really enjoyed the 993, and don't think I'll ever part w/ it. I had an opportunity at a 996 gt3, but declined, deciding to keep the 993 and add my other dream car, a 360 modena at some point.

Wink

A mixed bag, some reflecting my Essex roots (not sure of what the US equivalent is of a boy racer):

1975 Renault 5
1976 Ford capri 2.0S
1977 Mini 1275 GT
1985 Ford Fiesta XR2
1988 BMW 325i
1990 Peugeot 205GTI 1.9
1985 911 3.2 Carerra Sport
2002 Saab 9-3 HOT Convertible (while I lived in the US)
1985 BMW 528i (still running at 172,000 miles)
1995 993 C4

I haven't included the horrible Cavalier 1.4base mobile that I had as a company car and the countless rental cars that I ran whilst living in the states (although the mustangs were intersting in the wet).

Bikes - various ending in a Honda Fireblade and Vespa P200E

Cheers,

David
