"As far as the eye can see" is what Steve would say when asked how many Porsches can you see. Steve, tell me your email address so I can send by email some pictures of your car alone at the meet. And i also took a few pictures of a black color 993 with RS wheels. Whos car was that so i can send some pictures to your email address.

These are some of the pictures i took along the drive.

Shant, show 'em the snake pic, it was so cool looking down from the top of the canyon and watching all of the cars wind their way through to the top.

This was the first run that my wife has come on - because there was also shopping involved (she heard swap meet and just didn't realize it was exclusivly P-car stuff). While she enjoyed the fest, her biggest impression was how great the Rennlist people were - a real community. Thanks to everyone for their participation.

I have lots more routes in mind when you are ready!

Shant,

At last! Nice pictures. You can send pictures to me at DOHC4v@aol.com. Thanks for keeping those backmarkers in line. We'll have to start thinking about another run in a month or two.

Yes, thanks Steve, Shant, Fred, and others: great job with organization and keeping the pack together! Also nice to meet other PCA folk....a real pleasure to match faces with names. My bro and I had a lot of fun...nothing like seeing 26 P-cars strong winding through PCH and those wonderful twisties. Shant, great shots. Please do send pics, and yes, let's all do it again! I'm sure it won't be too hard finding an excuse

Steve OFE,

I was wearing my Turtle Wear. But if you were referring to a better looking HWFR'er, you must have spotted someone else!

Great pics, Shant! But, who's the camera hog with the black 964 Targa that's in the foreground of every action shot?

You LA guys run a nice operation. I'm amazed that not a single car got lost in transit, and there couldn't have been more than one or two wrong turns (one of which I made myself).

Uh, I prefer the euphemism "foreground" over "last place."

Actually, I was in the middle of the pack, until I missed a right hand turn off of PCH. After which I was relegated to bringing up the rear--where the chase car could keep a close eye on me.

Shant...my e-mail address = rgranaas@***.net. Look forward to seeing more of the pics.

Shant,
Thank you for the compliments. That was my 993. If you forward the pictures, I will use one to update my avitar. I don't have any since I purchased the rims (from a fellow Rennlister). E-Mail: hirsch.iv@verizon.net

Fred,
Thank you again for putting together such a wonderful route. You da' man on finding the twisties.

David (Manhattan Beach????) also wore his. We looked like twins, except he's younger and way better looking.
Steve,
Although you may think that I look better in my HWFM wear than you, yours looks better in your car. Man I love your Turbo. You have put together one of the most beautiful 993's that I have seen. Thanx for getting the gang of 26 p-cars together

Thanks to all for the compliments on the route. I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I get a lot from the Rennlist community, glad I can give somthing back - even if it's only finding really fun ways of getting from A to B (never involving a straight line).

Let's do it again soon.

I made it to the Vons parking lot at 8:45 just as everyone was leaving and I caught the tail end of the train. Traffic was heavier than the last malibu run and it seemed a little more difficult to keep all 26 cars togther but we still managed.

I couldnt pull in with the rennlister at the fest because I had to drive my car tword the "Cars for sale" section, hence i couldn't meet some of you.

I actually sold my car at the fest which kinda suprised me. I thought it would be just a bunch of lookers.

The malibu run was fun, i'm looking forward to the next one with my new car. The only thing is I dont know what i'm gonna get. I really want a 993, but may hold off untill I get some of my finanaces straight.

I'll keep u guys posted!
