Has anyone seen this color combination (arena red and chestnut leather interior)?
Does it work? Or do the reds clash? Does any other red work better?
I think I would prefer Arena red with a black interior. Gray I don't personally like. Not sure about cashmere.

Haven't seen that color combo. At least it would be unique....
When I was looking for mine, I originally thought I wanted Arena Red/Cashmere. I too didn't want a purely gray interior. When I first looked at what is now my car, the black/gray interior really caught my eye. I like the black dash/wheel, with gray seats. To each their own, of course.
Still, Arena Red is my favorite exterior color.

Midwest,
Arena Red and Classic Gray is a very common combo and looks GREAT!! IMO much better than black.
Can't imagine that Arena Red with any red, dark or light, would be very attractive.
Cashmere (saddle) would be a good combo, but Classic or Marble gray is abetter fit with Arena Red, IMO.

I agree w/everyone here Arena Red is an awesome color. When I first heard about AR/Cashmere, I was a little bit skeptical but when I saw it in person...I fell in love with the color combo. It is a more "mature" color for the "hoy palloy" ;-)
I do believe that AR has to be seen in person to admire. Pictures do not do this color justice.

AR/CG go together like a Navy blazer with grey flannel slacks. I have seen an AS/CB which also looked great. I have AS/CG and find the bluish-purple undertone really grows on you. I think CG goes very well with AS, or blue cars. Not sure I like it with black, never seen it with white but think that would really work well too.

I am partial to arena read/cashmere because that is what I bought in 1997. Really like the combo as it is very classy in my opinion. My second choice is grey and then black. The cashmere requires a little more care to keep clean though!

Arena Red and Cashmere is the ticket! It is what I have and I like the lighter interior, particularly on hot days. I just don't like the very dark interior of "black" so gray might be a good compromise if that "richness" is what you are looking for.
Incidentally, I have no problem keeping the Cashmere color clean.
Good luck with your decision. In the end it is still a p-car. Go for it! Well, I might have second thoughts about Flamingo Red, however.

Perhaps another consideration is how aluminum or carbon interior accents go with the interior color. You can't go wrong with CG in this regard. No offense to those who like cashmere, but somehow the carbon or metalic pieces do not complement each other as well. On the other hand woods do. Sorry, I didn't intend to start the wood doesn't work in a sports car argument. "Not that there is anything wrong with that!"

I tend to own cars for a long time, so I prefer black interiors as they age the best. I also simply prefer the way they look.
However, I do think the Cashmere interior goes very well with Arena Red, so much so that I ended up picking up this Arena Red/Cashmere C2S last week to complement my Arena Red/Black C4S.![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

I picked it up at the ALMS race at Laguna Seca, a dealer had it on the lot and priced to sell.
