Like many here, I've search for Riviera Blue turbo/C4S for last couple years. Then realize this is a next to impossible task. So I give up and vinyl warp my C4S in Riviera Blue last month. I've use Avery Light Blue vinyl and it basically is Porsche Rivera blue. To show how close is it, I've painted my Turbo rear spoiler, door handle, side mirror and Turbo S foglight duck in L39E Riviera Blue and vinyl warp the rest.
