If you click on the link it purports to describe the accident. A suburban at 45 mph broad sides the 993 after the 993 went over the centerline, so it says.

I doubt that the windscreen damage is caused by a human head. For the head to surge forward as you suggest, the car would have had to be in a frontal collision. I hope there was no passenger in the vehicle!
