I did the whole procedure myself twice and it still took a while to get all flags reset and stop getting CELs.

As others have posted, how do you know they are clear? Unless your mechanic dropped the engine, took off the heads and bored out the passages, they are most likely nowhere close to clear.

You do not have to drop the engine. You can take off the manifolds and pour solvent down the SAI tubes and watch the solvent pour out of the bottom of the engine.

Also found an unrelated vacuum line off under blower motor. After getting sufficient access removing some of the blower motor hardware, I was able to reconnect, reset the code, and its been SAI code free for 10 days now, maybe 250 miles.

I'm pretty sure this was coincident -- or might have caused the initial codes in the first place -- the SAI diverter valve was clogged, but none of my internal lines were.
