I have hearded rumors that droving a 911 in the rain should not be done. Has anyone ever drove in the rain?

Well, these cars are made of sugar.

Other than melting, they also lose at least half the resale value if droven in the rain. That is why I wash mine with alcohol.

Maybe some people shouldn't....

I don't remember see a factory warning label saying the warranty is null and void if you do.

Hey Phil, sorry please disregard the people in this forum. They are just messing with you. Our cars are safe to drive in rain and are NOT made of sugar and will NOT melt in the rain. This is completely false.

Our cars are actually made of solidified high fructose corn syrup and are tested from factory in the rain. So you are completely safe driving it in the rain.

However make sure you do not do any snow driving as the cold makes the solidified corn syrup stiff and I've heard of cars crumbling into a pile of brittle and although delicious, it's worth significantly less than a functional 993.

Oh crap, I tore that label off. And I thought only the mattress police were after me.
