On a car with this many miles on it may be ready for a 2nd run on some of the major maintenance items. The stuff that was done at 80K miles will probably need to be done again soon. Thinks such as Rotors, rebuilt or replaced struts, new hydraulic lifters, steering rack leaks, ignition wires. As far as paint goes, I would think very few cars make it to 150k miles without some paint work if not a complete repaint in some cases. You really should have a body shop put the car on a lift where they can immediately tell you if the painting was cosmetic or due to a major damage repair.
