Cars over 20yrs can apply a classic car license that allow to be driven 12 days per year.

50 kms?? That is nuts, you can double your mileage just by going for a service. 
So it's a total garage and museum queen, not so impressed, the car needs to be driven, bet there might even be corrosion on the cylinder walls just from the moisture in the air since the engine has not been ever really driven .... Are you planning on actually driving it? Cheers Mike

CS with 50 miles, 964 Cup with 168 miles in HK. A picture comes to mind of being on a deserted island, mail-ordering supermodels and having them sit under the next palm tree while staring but not touching. Doesn't compute. At all. On the other hand, I have a watch collection of about two dozen, mostly from the 1910-1960s, that sit al over the house. I wear about 3 of them. Sad. At least they (cars and watches) are kept original and taken care of.

You can't tell the shape of the inside of the engine from the outside that easily - but it does not matter, this car is going to sit in a museum or be shown somewhere, and not driven. That is pretty sad, but I guess having someone preserve cars like this is pretty good ....
BTW, how do they track that you do not drive more than 12 days a year??

Outstanding. I would add a 993 narrow body with 80K on the clock as your drive around car! Some live parts of their lives out vicariously through Facebook and their smart phone, I guess others do it through cars. Whatever works for you is good enough.

Well Hong Kong is rather small, so 50 miles may be monthly commute miles
