Thanks to everyone for the kind replies!
For those of you who expressed interest in the interior - here are a few shots of the interior including sport seats, no-slip pedals, and white-faced gauges. My predecessors really did a nice job on her.
Ralph from the North Shore and Mo from Lexington - we should definitely get our wide bodies together soon!
Thanks again for all the kind feed-back - and thanks to wtmmm for the shout from Athens. Brings back memories from my days at Emory.
Happy trails!

Leather is in great shape!
White gauges
no slip pedals

Wow, interior is really mint. Nice job finding that car!
Yes lets get some kind of Boston area meet-up going this fall. Cars & coffee at MoT in Brookline is a good event. Next one is 10/18.

I was at Larz Anderson just a few months ago with my friend in his 1997 silver C2S - my twin. Thanks for the heads-up for October 18. Hope to see you there. Hopefully Ralph and our friend from Lexington can also attend.
What color is your C2S?

To Mo and Foxman and any other 993 owners……….How about this Saturday morning? I know it is short notice but I am out of town for a few weeks. Not sure where you live Foxman but how about Porsche Dealership in Burlington? or you name the place. Let's do it early

Three Wheelin'
15 newton st, Brookline.
A few of my friends are the guys have organized c&c here for couple year snow. Always a great turnout. Nothing's scheduled for September as their usual show " cars and copters" was cancelled because the airport it was held at couldnt handle the volume of cars. But the Brookline get together is always a great time.
Congrats on the 993. I'll have try and spot you on the roads some time.

I just realized that my kid's soccer team (I'm the coach) is early on 10/18 so I wont be at C&C. I often buzz out to the country store in Carlisle MA early on the weekends. Decent coffee and pastry and easy parking. Its a fairly central Metrowest location. Anyone up Sat morning at 8am?

Is that Fern's Country Store in Carlisle? Saturday morning sounds good weather permitting - the weekend outlook is a bit gloomy. Hopefully the rain will hold, and Ralph (speed yellow, rare) and anyone other locals within earshot can join us.
Just got the OEM twists back today from OH. They did a great job refinishing the wheels at The Wheel Doctor, but Wright Motorsport dropped the ball a bit shipping them back. They were poorly packed two per box, and the finish got scratched on one of the rear wheels as the wheels rubbed against each other.
Looks like it's Rimpro's turn at the paint wheel. Here are a few shots of the wheels and the offending box. The Fiske's look pretty nice on the car now, but I'm looking forward to seeing the OEM twists back on the car.
A good example how NOT to o=pack your wheels
The other box was left on the dock at UPS, and looked war-torn. Remarkably those two wheels were undamaged.
Back to the paint shop - doh!
Waiting patiently to get mounted . . .
Thank goodness for superglue

Lovely car! Congratulations!
Question ---- did the previous owner dye half of the front door panels black? Why I ask --- normally when I see upper and lower dash in classic grey, as well as the steering wheel in grey and the rear side panels in grey, I expect to see the front door panels entirely in grey.
(yes, my car is nearly entirely classic grey on the inside)
