Cap'n Krusty

Well, the relay has been inspected, resoldered, and tested. It's fully functional, but the car remains silent. The expected signals aren't there, so it's pretty clear there are other components to be considered. My lack of electronics expertise has become an issue here, and I may have to let this one go.
