the are not carbon, it's carbon look. the clubsport seat that looks like CGT are CF seats. the clubsport non folding no side bag seat can be lifted with one pinky. these GT2 seats cannot. that said, they are lighter than the regular non buckets.

^ they are good seats, i was just saying they are really $ and part of it is due to the factory side air bag. and since u can't use them....

Yes they'll fit, you can either modify the rails slightly or buy the FVD brackets for a simple bolt in. They will sit a little higher than OEMs but if you remove the bottom cushion you'll see another set of holes that can be drilled out to have the seat sit lower in the bracket.

The main structure of the seat is actually constructed from fiberglass and then wrapped in carbon fiber. This plus the airbag make them a bit heavy (~38lbs) but they are most comfortable seats Porsche made IMO.
