Default Identify steering wheel

I Purchased this steering wheel years ago from Gemballa. I have never seen another one like it. Has anyone seen one?

I have an OEM carbon wheel and that's not the Porsche factory part. The increased diameter and 10 and 2 is likely the Gemballa addition.

The Techquipment wheel, which I had in the 993 until I replaced it with the wheel in my first photo, has a longer CF section on the top of the wheel, and does not have the leather grips.... I have attached a photo of my original Techquipment wheel for comparison ...

Hi, I also have the OEM wheel shown in second photo. The CF is mildly cracked, but I really like the look and feel and would consider buying a new one. Any ideas on a part number and source? Thx.

Here's a link to another nice four-spoke option: http://www.dctms.com/product_ST_PCH_996_986.html

I do not have a part number for my wheel. The receipt from Gemballa only stated that it was black leather and carbon fiber. It did not include the air bag.
This was all back in 2001....
There are a lot of nice wheels on the site linked by TwinTurbo959.

I'm pretty sure that is a regular carbon wheel that was recovered and had grips placed on the ends of the upper carbon fiber. If you look at the one without the grips the thickness of the wheel is constant from the leather to the carbon. On yours there is a little dip between the leather and the carbon. A very nice look though.
What is the odd looking thing below your radio? also have you looked into a Kuda mount? It puts your phone in the same place you have it, just a lot more polished.

Regarding the under the radio question......Old photo...shown with the tequipment wheel....the car now has bluetooth. The phone cradle is long gone. There is also an outside temperature readout and an Osram copilot map light ( on the goose neck ). The junction of the leather and carbon fiber on the Gemballa wheel is very well done...very high level of workmanship. I have had the wheel since 2001 with no cracked carbon fiber or any other issues.
BTW, I have the Tequipment CF Tiptronic wheel in my Boxster...

Dallas Steering Wheel could do the same thing to a stock wheel.
