Default Wonder why these haven't sold

Their are (2) 96 Black on Black C4S's at this dealer in Florida. Wonder why they haven't sold yet? No affiliation and etc, just curious as I have been watching the market.

I haven't followed the market well. $65k for a 50kmi NB 993? Seems a bit/crazy steep for a NB, but now I guess not????

2 years ago i paid 40% less for the same thing.. overpriced is my thinking.. 993s are gaining value\attention, but i don't think that fast.. maybe an S, but i would think 10k less.

Both cars are WB C4Ses. Ads are just written poorly.

Black cars don't sell well in Florida? I wouldn't say they are giving them away at those prices and mileage.

I figured with current market demand it wouldn't matter where the car is located. I look all over the United States and if I find the right one I would hop on a plane to take a look at, of course given that all checks out. Problem is, all the good one sell before I ever get a chance to make that move.

If you look at the pricing spreadsheet I posted in the other threads, these cars are priced pretty well. They are near the bottom of the "S" cars listed nationwide price wise.

I dont know, Im happy about the appreciation of our cars, but I really think its a bubble that will adjust with the exception of very low mile cars which are destined to unfortunately spend their years in collections gathering dust and been traded as an appreciable commodity.

Both the cars above are not in that category with the miles they have on in my opinion, therefore will be bypassed by the traders who collect. So with the 997's now well in the used market and with arguably better performance than our 993's and similar pricing nowdays,I would be hard pressed to spend 65K on a 50K mile C4S which the buyer who will look at it, will use it like a 997. A driver... Yes there will always be people that will take the 993 over the 997 as we have on this board, I just think that what we see here on this board is not a representation of the buyers out there.

Are they going to sell? Probably, i just think that it may take a long time for a person that looks for the exact specific car and money is no object.

I just called on them and they are both available thinking about one for a driver since mine hasn't been driven much in the last year or so because of the low miles. Unfortunately I am not in FL do would need to fly down to check them out.
