Default What kind of DE numbers to buy?...

What do you guys use for DE numbers. Static , magnetic or something else? Also any lead on were to buy would be a great help. Thanks

White, 4" numbers, stick on. Get a few sets at a time. Never fly off, come off after the event very quicky from the side windows and the upper left front window if required. Do a google seach, and you'll find a million places online to order them. Office Max/Depot/or whatever may have them in stock.

I got mine from Laura at Hergy's. They are magnetic and I like them a lot.

Try "Solotime." They advertise in the back of Panorama. I don't think they have a web site.

I use magnetic and have had no problem with scratching - I do use a MF cloth to ensure no dust before application though. Since my wife also drives and that means changing numbers quickly and frequently, magnetic were the best choice. I made mine from vinyl stick on numbers from "letters unlimited" and magnetic sheet from TAP Plastic.

Be sure to check the size and placement required for your DE sponsor. PCA here requires 8-10" on the doors and 4-5" on the front and rear. PCA also requires class designation too (4-5").
