I also thought Fred set the perfect pace - although now I feel doubly bad that I worked so hard to keep up with him and now I discover that he was disadvantaged by a radio and tiptronic. I think he was also sipping a Starbucks. Any faster pace, especially considering the bicycle traffic, and we should probably head for the track.
