Nice Cup engine!
Do you also have the aluminium intake?

I also have a Cup engine (1995) in my 993 and it love the power and raw race sound it makes.

I mean the intake you see in Bill's post #5. You see it well in picture nr2.

Light and very sexy
I have removed mine and use a 993 MAF as the Cup engine runs best over 4000 rpm. I use my 993 in the road also .....

Yes, but it needs a special plate and hose that connects to vent the distributor

What's the best option for air intake filter in your view? 50/50 track/road car.

also intrigued by the size and design of the camshaft end cover / plate 993.105.117.2R ..(assuming it's also cup correct) .. it seems so big and larger/deeper than necessary.

I previously had one of these made for the 964 when I removed the power steering and just blanked it off much like this one ....it's seems simpler .. not as effective somehow?

The cover for the dist feed is 964.106.409.80 and is made of plastic, easy enough to duplicate

The p/s cover is available from multiple places, Patrick, Rothsport etc
