Thanks for the thread Kika!
I kind of wondered if the "there are only three left in the country" story was just a motivational sales line. Guess it worked on me. LOL! No problem, I wanted to try them anyway.

Not sure, but if I had to guess I'd say he was telling you what he knew at the time.

I placed my order with Neal on Thursday for 2 rears and 1 front after being told only one front was available. I figured I could find another front somewhere on my own to make a full set... After checking with Discount, Big-O and 1010 I could not locate one, so I called TR back Friday and spoke to general sales telling them I needed to find another front to complete the set. Neal called me back an hour later and told me he'd located another front but that it would take 1 1/2 weeks to ship (the other three shipped Friday morning.)

I just hope the straggler tire doesn't have a build date code from the 90's or something.

I have been drooling over the AD08R in 285/30/18, as a possible lighter replacement for my old Re050a on my LMs.
If anyone goes that route, can you report if you get any rubbing issues on a NB? (close to stock camber...)

Johan, mgianzero is running 285/30/18 ad08s on MY02s on his NB targa, no rubbing issues as far as I know.

Not sure if the ad08r has a different profile than the ad08, or what the offset difference between LMs and MY02s are, but hopefully that helps.

No rubbing with that size on my NB set at euro sport height.
