Three Wheelin'
I always chuckle when I read "needs nothing" The car is 17 years old,and is represented as totally stock,I would bet a good PPI would find that it needs something.
You sem to have a price in mind,so pony up for a membership and list it for 55.

to the OP;
with just a little effort, you could probably find many "comparables" in the marketplace.
Yes, the prices for all good 993's have escaleted recently...especially low mileage examples.
Look at Wilhoit, Sloan, Truspeed, Holt for examples. Also, Victory, RPM...and a few others.
All that being said, every week, an owner just like yourself starts a "what's my car worth" thread. Just like your's, there is no real detail, options, maintenance/ownership history, and we're lucky to get even crappy cell phone pics. I've seen 100K mile cars in better condition than 30K mile cars, so it ain't simply about low miles.
Naturally, a $hit load of options on the car...make it more valuable than a low option model. Hard Back sport seats, full leather interior, aero kit cars, and those with loads of exclusive options can all add value.
Many members here simply think an ad...er post like yours, is simply a thinly veiled classified. This forum is the single most important resource for a 993 owner/enthusiest, IMHO. Non members...especially new "users" like yourself, who are unknown to the community here...more often than not , bring condemnation on themselves with these initial posts.
You probably have a handful of "offers" on your car already, so you very well may have succeded on your initial goal.
everyone is different, as is their car. A while back, another 993 was listed FS at a very low price. When this community realized that the car being sold by the owners son, was to provide assisted living arrangements for his Dad...the original owner, there was honest and insightful discussion about the value, and how to provide the best information and detail about the car, to arrive at that value.
My point is, this is an extremely gracious group of folks here...but they are also fiercely protective of what is good here.
