We're in pretty similar boats. I'm sure I'll get a crush on something else one day but for now I'm 110% satisfied with my stable and can just concentrate on driving them and enjoying them.

I wouldn't mind having my '70E coupe restored as I'm progressing very slowly. I also have my eye on another '58 356 coupe and they could restore that too while they turn my current 356 into an all out outlaw. The engine has been laying in pieces ready to assemble for nearly 2 months now.

I love a the 3.6 Turbo wants, one of my favorites, but...

Suppose one buys minty 3.6T in today's market, that leaves about $30-50k with a $200k budget???
That sure in hell does not buy a good C2S/C4S or 964rs or GT3, etc...

I think a Audi Sport Quattro would be somewhere near the top of my list. The Group B cars (being produced in such small #'s for homologation) are going to be a good investment.

And of course, a 959 if you can get one on the cheap.

Drop another $5k+ into mine cause I wanna keep it a while
Buy a clean 993TT - $90k if I'm lucky...
Make 993 look awesome and have 600+HP, $15,000+
Buy a Beck 904 w/ some mods, $80,000...
Lose 90 lbs to fit into the 904, $-1000 (by drinking water and not 1400 bottles of soda a year)

Thats only $189,000...

Prolly spend the remaining $11,000 on garage makeover

I would fix up my car to be in perfect condition (20k). Then I would add a 997 GT3 (100k), a white 993 C2S (65K) and spend the rest on the garage (lift, tools, lighting,…)

68 is the most attractive IMO, but wouldn't kick a 70 out of bed..............
