For us on the east coast there should be a 993fest on the same day as our west coast brethren and then maybe a 3rd in central a 4th and so on so we end up with a national 993fest day

A hotel update... For those coming please reserve your room soon. I just spoke to the hotel and we have roughly ~20 rooms still left. They are at the Redlion Hanford House at $135/night including 993 specific parking.
When that block of rooms sells out you will find it VERY difficult to get a hotel room in town as there is a huge statewide Softball tournament in town this weekend and they have about 90% of the room inventory booked within 25 miles of here. Thankfully I reserved a block of rooms early, but they are filling up fast. You can contact them directly at: http://www.redlion.com/our-hotels/washington/richland/

I just called the Red Lion Reservations and they were not able to book my room. They said the group reservation is currently "Tentative" and until it is finalized, they cannot free up any rooms. For June 28th, they are officially 100% full so the only way we can book a room is when the group reservation is finalized. Can you check into this?
