I just ordered a set from ebay. The order went through and so did payment. We'll see i guess. These will look great with new colored euro side lenses and front bumperettes delete when I get around to it.

Hi , I have ordered new fog glasses for the 993 and intend to do exactly the same thing like you did. All is going fine, but I have only one question: is it possible to separate the old silicon fixed glasses form the plastic holder piece? If yes, how didi you do it? Thanx in advance!

You have to cut the plastic strip that goes all around it. Use a Dremel to make the job easier.

I broke the glass (punched from bulb opening) and with pliers pull the bits and pieces out. After remove the old glue with small screwdriver.
Simple and easy.

Thanks for reply, but it is a very massive and tenacious silicone mass holding very tightly the glass which has to be taken away - I heated in advance and then cut and cut and scraped the silicone away.. for nearly an hour without any big result! Because there comes a moment where all the silicone on the outside of the piece is gone, but most of it is inside, where you cannot reach it. Finally the glasses were broken and I did it like I think most other did. By the way, I found many videos of this job, but no one showing the taking off of the glasses without breaking them!
