CWP is the final drive, I assume? How does 3.44 look? Stock is 3.10 I believe.

I had my re-gearing done by Brian Copans, and could not be happier.

- Left 1 and 2 as is. No issue for me, I'm not a stoplight Daytona kinda guy.
- New and used Porsche motorsports gears in 3-6.
- Brian was not keen on the original 5 to 6 swap, modifying/machining the assembly to fit. I likewise concur, in that the stock 5 would have been really short for highway use.
- Steel synchros, and rebuilt LSD to 4 plate 40/60 Cup specs.

Bill V helped me visualise the decision at the time - attached below for reference. It really is a great upgrade.
