Default steering rack bracket?

Upgrading to 18s and planning on adding the recommended bracket. I read the tech bulletin and it has a bracket and replacement of all 4 bolts. The kits I have seen online only have the bracket and 2 bolts. Am I missing something? Do I need to just get these a la carte? Thanks.

I think it's just 2 bolts, but I'll check in the morning for sure.

The rack is held in with 4 60mm bolts that have thread locker on them. When they are torqued to specification they are not tightened enough to bring them into their elastic clamping range to keep them in place. The reason for this is that they screw into a soft metal bracket and if they were torqued down any more than recommended they would probably strip the frames threaded holes.
If your car has the strap the two forward bolts are 80mm long and they too have the thread locker. The strap is so simple I would just go to a DYI hardware store and buy a aluminium bar and cut my own. If you look at what the strap does it seems to encourage the clamps that hold the rack from shifting under heavy load. Also I found that the bolts tend to gaul (creaking sound) when installed so I used a little anti-seize to put them. The Thread locker seemed to provide plenty of resistance even with the anti-seized bolts. The factory manual says you must always replace the bolts once they are removed. I suspect this has to do with the thread locker that is lost once the bolts are removed once.

PS If the aftermarket kit does not come with the prescribed thread-locker bolts I would get the OE bolts and use them as the thread locker is some sort of elastic stuff unlike Locktite and may have very specific properties.
I say this as most 993 owners never get under their car to periodically inspect the rack once the bolts are in and the cover is on.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I am hearing the rear bolts do not need to be replaced, only the front bolts which are longer to fit the brace. I was confused by the tech note and pictures which have arrows pointing to all four bolts and list the four bolts as well. It helps to know that the stock bolts are 60s i.e. same as listed in the bulletin. I wasn't clear it those bolts where replaced with longer ones as well.
