If you're looking for the original service manuals for nostalgic purposes and authenticity I've only ever seen them used on ebay or a rennlister may toss one up periodically on the forums, but usually a complete set they hold on to.

If you are looking for a good "complete" manual and do not really care about the originality, I ordered the Bentley Publishers Service manual and could not be happier. Brand new, hard back, and in color.

I picked mine up for $300 on ebay a couple months back. It was missing the chassis volume.
