I have heard BG44K is a good product, but would also be interested in Steve's recommendation in this area. The BG44K is a tad pricey, but if it works well, I'm in.

I'm a huge fan of the LubroMoly products as I've found them to work faster and more effectively than others.

I use one can each of Jectron & Ventil Sauber at fill up time, every 5K for effect.

Maybe others know, but the way you phrased that it finally occurred to me that I don't know what you drive. Do have a 993? What kind/color? If not, I'm curious, what special P car is it that gets Steve's special attention?

my understanding of what he wrote is that he pours them into a nearly empty tank and then gets gas.

this is done every 5k miles.

My only 911 is a '74 Carrera (black) that I bought new back in 1974.

Steve, correct me if I'm wrong but did you happen to mention that we should be using a Stabil type of product rather frequently due to ethanol in our fuels?

Yeah,..I think its a good idea for ALL cars now.

I use Marine Stabil in everything I own.
