Redline earl.. (...oil)
What do you think about Redline Oil? I can get it here locally. I'm about to do a oil change and was thinking about going this route.. A case is about $82- I'm running the gear synthetic in my tranny.. Should I just stick with Mobil 1? Haven't looked into the prices for a case here though.

Redline oils are excellent.
If you can handle the extra cost, do it. For street cars, I do not see any advantage over Mobil 1, though,.......
The engines that I've seen all apart that use either Redline or Mobil 1, both look very clean and the wear rates are based on how often the oils are changed.
