That is not information that will ever be known so the best we can come up with are estimates. I would venture to say sunroof delete has to be on the order of 1 in 1000... For whatever reason I have seen 3 993TT's and 1 993C4S sunroof delete cars in 15 years but have never seem a 993NB sunroof delete.

Yours is the only USA 97 NB coupe I have seen in the last 19 years.
I have seen a speed yellow 96, red 95 and your glacier white 97.

My 97 C2S purchased in Japan (left hand drive though) doesn't have a sunroof. If you were to look on the Japan used car website ('Goo-net' in English also), you will find most 993's without sunroofs. In fact almost every 993 I looked at didn't have one. I don't know if it's a Japan thing, but there just weren't many with the sunroof option.

^^^ agree. What's your center console button arrangement look like? Are there factory 'dummy' switch's where the sunroof, wing and wiper switch should be? I guess theoretically, since you don't have a sunroof, rear wiper OR motorized wing, there could be an RS type stow box there.

Interesting question. I´ve seen that it´s been asked before. I would guess that sunroof delete is more common in some markets than others. My 993 turbo has factory sunroof delete. It was originally sold in Germany. When I bought mine in 2007 most of the 993s for sale on the european market had sunroof except the 993RS and 993 GT2 models.
I wonder if its possible to get any official answer on this matter from Porsche. Anyone knows?

I've seen one that I can remember.
I think in the US the sunroof was standard as dealers think trying to sell one without is impossible, so the only way you got one without is if you special ordered it that way and in the ROW the sunroof was an option so there is more of a mix.
