My MY98's initial production date was delayed by 30 days because the "heated" sport seat version which was specified had a back-ordered status. A 30 production delay was no sweat so I waited ....

My $.02 is they're nice enough sport/street seats......but for stupid $money I think not.

picked up a set of pristine 996 sport seats for $1,200.

There is no way in hell these are worth $18,800 more. Thats about the cost of a decent E46 M3.

Yeah, but 993 sport seats weigh at least 250 lbs less than an E46 M3.

I sat in 993 with sport seats and found them uncomfortable and not any more supportive on the sides than the stock ones. I hope it's just matter of adjusting them, but in their setting they would be a deal breaker for me. They look good tho.

No adjustment other than what you experienced already Yury. I prefer the hard back sport seats in my 997 to those in my 993 as well. But am glad I have the 993 HBs, they are still a lot better than the comfort seats.

Yes, the 997 seats are excellent. I would love to put those in 993.

My problem with 993 sport seat was that the upper side bolsters were pushing me forward from the seat making me crouch. I have similar problem with stock seats due to poor lumbar support, but too a lesser extent.

I have the 997 GT3 seats in my car and LOVE them. Best mod I have made to date.

At $20,000/pair, Rudy has now become the Berkshire Hathaway of 993 sport seats.

I love my sport seats. Outstanding appearance and I find them much more comfortable than my stock seats.
