Superchargers

TurboPerformance's supercharger doesn't have an intercooler which is why I've decided against it.
The one kit that has an intercooler is the Techart CT3 supercharger kit.

did you go to pace for the intercooler?? Pics??
Did you install more oil cooling also, or are you still stock on the oil cooling front?
I must trundle down there for a beer & a look see - the photos are good but I can't hear them!!
here's a little bit more info on my setup:-
My intercooler is a little novel due to space. I ended up with 2 intercoolers, 1 above the other sealed together at the centre but with enough of a gap to suck air through, which I do with the aid of a ducted fan as used on model planes. Hence air is drawn in from the bottom as well as the top and out of the centre through separate piping. Once on the move there is enough air movement in the engine bay to maintain the lower intercooler input cooling air at ambient. The central extraction fan pulls air well away from both the bottom and top intercoolers. Overall efficiency is very much determined by how much air I suck through the intercooler but on a 25C day my max exit temperatures from the intercooler are about 65C. Then the water injection knocks a bit more off that. The A-A unit has same dimensions/plumbing as the A-W unit where I have posted a picture earlier.
I keep an eye on the detonation and afr at all times. I have 2 leds, one shows the first detonation (green) and the second (red) shows 20 counts within a 3 second period. The first led I use to say watch out and the 2nd I use to say take my foot off the accelerator. I have only ever seen the red led once after a long hard run on a hot day but I now know given this and the intercooler exit temperature when to slow down a bit just from the exit temperatures. I also have a basic afr meter which measures 0.5v to 1v from the standard O2 sensor. I get 0.9v all the way to redline on WOT.
I have also watch the detonation output from the ECU on a laptop against ignition pulses, when it first occurs, to make sure that it is evenly distributed across all the cylinders, which it is. Hence I believe the afr is well balanced across the cylinders even though there is only a 7th injector with the TPC kit.
I haven't upgraded oil coolers as I don't see the temperature above 09:00 but I have removed the engine under tray which I believe helps.
With the fabspeed maxflow exhaust et al it sounds a little loader than stock!!
I posted some performance numbers under the g-tech tests we did. For me the best part is the flat torque curve which tends to make you shift early.
Hope this helps, Mark.

I'm not sure I can post jpegs as I'm a cheap skate and haven't paid my dues. But I average about 310ish rwhp from g-tech and homedyno. Car weighs in at 1420kg from weightbridge and 1/2 tank petrol. It's a tip so I lose a little more than the manual. Intercooler/water injection help with top end due to no timing pull by ECU. I have lots of graphs with different boost levels with/without intercooler so could post an email if you like. Some are a little wavy but that's me and not the kit.
I like what the car does now but this might not be to some peoples taste where a 993tt might be a better way forwards. It comes down to personal choice.
Cheers, Mark.
here's a couple of pictures of the rwhp from homedyno tool which normalises for pressure and temperature. Also of my engine compartment.
