Kevin's Turbo R was PERFECT before he did this work, and absolutely AMAZING now... better than off-the-showroom floor. Rufus is embarrassed to be parked so close to Kevin's beauty. I love Arena Red, unless its next to Guards Red. Gads, what a car.

K&S: You two guys both have amazing cars. Bob does great work, and Kevin, your car is just awesome. It's work keeping it to Bob's standards though.

Hey, Niche just got a new (to him) RUF. I saw it a couple days ago... a real beauty!!! (the car, not Niche). That guy knows how to find the gems!

Niche... post some pix!!!

Also, I hear that RUFs should NEVER EVER be exposed to rain. Even if that means driving to and from AZ is a marathon session, to try and (unsuccessfully) beat the sprinkles.

A very true statement... Note that Rufus doesn't even have wipers!

Bob's standards are insanely high. My car had a bunch of swirl marks and spider marks in the paint under certain light. I looked hard and couldn't find any in the paint after the detail. Bob spent 3 hours just on one section of the rain gutters! His attention to detail is unrivaled.

If only I could afford to do this more often!

Nice job! I really need to get mine done too. It has been 5 years since the last thorough detailing by a pro.

It sounds like I just missed you guys in Napa. I was on an "Epic Roadtrip" bringing this home…

It looks wonderful!

I'm eager to get the swirls out of mine, but unsure who to go to.

My best bets are probably in Chicago or Madison, anyone have suggestions?

Sorry to hijack thread! Maybe we could compile a list of quality paint restoration places that RListers have used.

Kevin,

Woah! Your car is is incredible.

Steve,

Don't worry, Rufus can still hold his own even against a practically new car! Very nice.
