I sow the engine of my 1995-993 and i did't se this MAF:

so i have questions:

1- what is the diference between this to MAFs?
2-is the second one the original 1995-993 MAF ?
3-can i clean it? or is better to replace it
4-it's the first one the improve part of the second one?

That second one is not for a 993, it is for the Boxster/996

The 993 Is just like to the one in the first link, cannot be taken apart.

and i thing the MAF is the green part that is beside the air filter and it's an small part like the second one (the small part)?
i can not see the fist one in the engine (the big part), where is it?
