Cab?
Been a while since I checked, but I recall Dave Maynard/European Locators had an Arena Red cab with really low miles... not sure if it was a '98 or not... let's see... here's the ad minus the photo..
1998 Porsche 993
1998 Porsche 993 Cabriolet, VIN: WP0CA2993WS341252. Arena red over cashmere supple leather with only 5,800 miles. Like new, this stunning edition of the last of the air-cooled 911's is in excellent condition throughout and very well optioned. Exterior, interior, top, rear window, and wheels are all perfect. The car has never seen winters or smoke. Well optioned, the car has Am/Fm/Cd with the premium sound package, dark Walnut shifter and brake handle, 4 way power seats, Factory integrated windscreen and comes with a custom car cover and Amourfend protective coating on all the frontal surfaces. Fully serviced with all records and manuals, it is offered at the realistic price of $54,000.

I would want to see the car and history. Would like to think if the car is so "like new" the owner did some low mileage maintenance, like oil and brake fluid changes. If it is truly concours and maintained for the low miles, it is in the ball park with pricing. But if he driving a lot seems he may want to find higher mileage car for less of an investment.
If somebody REALLY wants a read/cashmere 993 cvt with only 5,800 miles, I think it's realistic. If that person were to compromise a little bit on the mileage and vintage you could probably take $10k off the price.

Or one could opt for a 96 with 44K miles full race package for 47K or in stock street setup with full Porsche carbon fiber pkg, techart body pkg and RH chrome RS wheels for a mere 42K. I dont know of a better maintained Cab in Chicago. PM me for more details (Hint,it is the one in the pic to your left)
