[QUOTE=Mr.Woolery;10740242]Earthquake building codes would make basements very expensive in CA.[/QUOTE

Yuuuuup, Very envious of my basement bearing brothers. It's also the same reason no LA subway, and why they don't build homes here out of brick. Plaster on wood frames seem to bend and sway much easier than a brick, go figure. lol

I love it! I have put some dings in the hood of my 993 with falling motocross stools and shop vacs. Oh the cursing! I lit up the alley with my colorful language.

I have been out of town for a few weeks but wanted to get in on this. My garage is what I have. It's too hot or too cold to do much in there for about 9 months of the year. But it is dry and out of the sun. I recently put a shed behind my garage so I could get most of the stuff off the wall above the 993.

It looks like a very nice and functional garage!

As for the hot and cold issue, just insulate, problem solved.

To me an Awesome garage is one that is used often enough that the owner has little time to clean it up or entertain upgrades. XavierLaFlamme I like your's just fine!

'Non-awesome' captures it quite well ... an old pic of the exterior ( shortly after I built a 16x24 extension on the back side) ..... and some random pics of the chaos within .. if I took fresh pics, little change would be evident.
