I have not seen it except on line but it looks very nice. FWIW, I would would ask for some outside (day light) pictures as the bright lights can hide a lot of warts. As I am sure you also know a ppi is a must.

 

Seems kind of high for that mileage no?

As for the mileage expectations, it seems like some are caught in a time warp. 5 years ago, the low mile guys wanted <50k mile cars. Now, the low mile guys want.... you guessed it... <50k mile cars. 90,000 miles over 16+ years = ~5600 miles a year. Doesn't seem too bad to me.

 

OK, I'm bumping this in hopes that someone knows more about this car or wants to swing by to look at it.

Thanks guys. I'm aware of the potential risks. My read is that they're just buying a bunch of cars, putting as much lipstick on them as they can, and selling them. It doesn't seem like they're specifically finding dogs to pawn off on unsuspecting buyer. So that makes every potential transaction rest on the individual car... which is as it should be anyway. Hence my curiosity about whether any Rennlisters knew of this car and wanted to cast eyes on it for me. But no transaction w/ my name on it will occur without me doing my own due diligence.

 

Where, exactly, are they? I'm passing through and did a quick search.

They don't come up on google maps, and their "map it" on eBay doesn't work.

That seems odd for a car dealer.
