1936 Jaguar SS 100 Roadster
The quintessential pre-war British sports car is the 1936 S.S. Jaguar 100 also known simply as the SS 100. These diminutive roadsters have all the hallmarks of a competitive race car in an attractive body reminiscent of Jaguar's first tourers. This model was also the first to carry the Jaguar nameplate. Built in 1906 before regular prodution began, it finished some very public durability tests which set the standard for all Rolls-Royces that followed. More on the Silver Ghost.

I haven't watched it yet: more 993s on screen?
Anyone spot the host of Chasing Classic Cars, Wayne Carini, earlier in the thread?
