There isn't another town that I've been to with separate days for street and track. It is truly a world class town/track that MANY overlook. You can parade around with a bottle of beer or glass of whine without the urge in the least to put it down. McNeil and Redman put a hell of a show on!

Very cool thread and impressive build. Love the whole transformation, thank for sharing. I believe I have seen your car at a few car show here in town. I am from Louisville too. I believe you were at the euro meet at Tom Sawyer park last year. I had the black 993 with red interior and the Areo kit. I wasn't there for long. I don't think we actually met and had a chance to chat. Anyway, would love to see your car again in person Now that I have seen this thread. We could even do it over a beer. My parents own the Gasthaus the German restaurant here in town. If you are ever up for a beer or a good schnitzel let me know. Love talking bout these cars, not a lot here in town that come out. Wow... I never knew about this design. Why do they call it a "V"R6. ... I always thought it was a V6.
