If the fuse it good, the only thing to try is to fiddle with the electrical connection where the headlamp connects to the car.

i do not recall specifics of Tore's reply - No.
think cuz car is a 97? Have to search my emails.
The dealer installed my Litronics in 98.
I have installed the new amazon supplied Osram D2s 66240CLC. Classic bulb in the headlamp.
Now to install in the car and find out if it works?
Yes Mike, I agree - Bulb did not light up on its own!!! Felt like it did.
Will pull wheel and Inner Fender to check for properly alligned connection to rear of headlamp
Next Swop Igniter from side to side
Remember, I had no power in fuse 23 - the 15 amp with a burnt out bulb
Hopefully all contacts unite and wiring connectors meet and click together.

Reason: clarify
The connection turns out to be the culprit. The inner bracket maybe a contributor to the issue. Here is a pic Note missing piece of locking portion of connector
The connection turns out to be the culprit. The inner bracket may also be a contributor to the issue. Here is a pic. Note theres enough of the connector remaining to push the female edge into male to make a connection. Let there be light! Note missing piece of locking portion of connector
