All glass seems to fog up bad when its warm out. Normal?

Check that the drain tubes from the sun roof are in place and extend al the way under the car.
IF you run the AC and do not see a puddle of water under the car the drain from it is clogged and can probably be easily snaked out.

honestly i have no idea what the PO's were thinking. But rubbing it with a clean terry cloth seems to make it better every time I do it. My father figured it out and said people used to put rainX on the windows (outside and inside) to make the glass better. On a hunch we tried to scrub it off with a terry cloth towel and its been getting better. Thats the problem buying a used car with no real history is that you have no idea what the PO's have done. But I appreciate all the advice here and I think I've solved my problem.
