Bottom line, would you buy NW with 90k miles that needs something to be fixed for $43.5k? This is close to WB asking price. Mid 30's would be more realistic. Don't get me wrong, I hope you sell for as much as possible.
Perhaps getting rid of still depreciating 991 would be a wiser decision.

Mjs is finicky about AC.

I am a fan of air conditioning! Both in my home and in my cars.

I think your price is fair. I was recently offered (unsolicited) more money for mine, though my mileage is a lot lower.

This has veiled FS written all over it. Test the water on getting $6k more than you paid a few months ago, and hope the PM's roll in...

Rules are, post a price. As noted, you don't necessarily get 1:1 return on maint $ spent. But, GLWS.

I wonder why people always post those types of threads here and not in the marketplace/classified/for sale area. I want to read about people using/fixing/trouble shooting their cars.

It doesn't really matter to me but it clutters up the forum.

I just spent around 7 k on a clutch, 60k mile service, wires, and every possible "while your in there" item, and I wouldn't expect more than 50% return on $ spent.

I spend maintenance $ because I love her and she returns it in pleasurable driving. If it were an investment decision, I wouldn't have been able to afford the 993 in the first place.

Personal opinion only, and I understand it might be worthless, but I don't think you can factor in taxes, ppi, and detailing into cost of vehicle.

Might as well include gas cost for miles driven.......

Sorry. I've had a few beers. Long Island toasted lager. Delicious. The import to NYC direct.

This is a poor FS thread if it is a veiled one. OP says he is in a position whereby a forced downsize may be necessary. That is not a good selling position to broadcast.
