Look for the silver card that says radio code card. Mine is just four digits. Could you be looking at something else?

JB is correct it is a four digit code. Enter the number then I recall you use the station tuner rocker switch as "ENTER". Then in sequence.

Per the manual, when you turn on the radio you will see the word "code" followed by four stars. As you enter the four numbers the stars will go out one at a time (enter first correct number and the first star goes out, enter second number and second star goes out, etc.). The unit will switch on automatically when the fourth correct number has been entered.

p.s., the above instructions are for a CDR 220. Don't know if it is the same for a CDR 210

The 210 is different from the 220. I found a manual on-line and this is what it says for the 210.

This radio renders itself inoperative in the case of theft. If the
radio or car battery is disconnected, the radio automatically
disables itself. Once the radio is reinstalled or the battery is
reconnected, the word "CODE", with a flashing letter "C", and the
digits 1-0 appear in the display. Prior to use, the correct code
must be entered via the multifunction keys.

Example: CODE 1530 (Preassigned to each radio and supplied
to the owner on the PORSCHE RADIO CODE CARD) is entered
by pressing the multifunction keys in sequence. (See diagram.)
After the first digit is entered, the word "CODE" disappears and
the number is displayed followed by three dashes. As digits are
entered, the next line in sequence flashes. When all four numbers
have been entered, the first digit flashes. At this time you can
overwrite the code as often as necessary. To correct any error,
you must enter the complete code. Once the correct code is
displayed, enter by pushing the signal seek switch.

The manual can be found at http://www.cannell.co.uk/_manuals/po..._om_cdr210.pdf

I put the radio code in incorrectly the first time and now it's stuck saying WAIT. How do I reset to enter the code again?
