Guys -

My friend's 993 (98 w/ 85,000+ miles) has been throwing a CEL. It's throwing a fault code according my my PST-2.

Reads "95 - Shutoff valve, activated charcoal filter (function)".

So I take it the charcoal canister (under driver's rear fender liner if I recall correctly) is either leaking or bad. Just a simple replacement?

Never heard of this happen before and little talk about it on RL.

Could it be that the gas cap is loose or not sealing?
