Default Grease for window guides

Does anyone know what grease to use for the window guide inside the door? Thanks!

You can shoot in some white lithium grease. Get it in an aerosol can w/ the red plastic straw -- real PITA to smear it on by hand. Wurth HHS 2000 also works, but much more difficult to find.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Had to replace my window guide. It was rusted through to the point the metal channel was split and rattling. Want to make sure the new one is ready for the next 60k.
