Probably a litronics kit, if you don't already have the factory option.

Search here for HID, which is WAY cheaper than factory Litronics. Also see:

A rennlister is supplying a kit with matching fogs....scroll down on this page:

If HID conversion isn't enough, you can do HID fogs in addition to the lows.

Installing aftermarket HIDs was one of the best mods I've done on my 993!!! The halogens are useless in the dark!

Aftermarket HID with the 55W bulbs!!!!

My HID low beam is just as bright as the standard bulb high beam. Just make sure your headlighs are aimed properly!!!

Well, true, there MAY have been some burnt wiring and blown fuse issues. But man, did they light up the road (for a short time).

Use care, really bright headlights will blind drivers in the facing lane. I found that when I upgraded to high energy discharge lamps I had to set the pattern a little below the DOT specification otherwise drivers kept flashing me to turn my high beams down.

Default Landing light

De ja vu again. I had a single 5 " ge landing light on pass. Hi beam on a 77. 320i. If left on for more than 30 seconds, it started to melt the surrounding grille. But while functioning and in use, it was to say spectacular.
