Nice save, but they are going to be hard pressed to come out ahead.

That was my first thought too.....and guess what
"This vehicle was water damaged"

Do clones go for 6 figures? I haven't seen one fetch that kind of money. I'd put this closer to $80/90K but, what do I know? The real deal is worth what? $200k+?

Very nice looking build and I am sure it cost major bucks to build it but it won't get even near that asking price.

Seems quite expensive to me, it's nicely done, but hardly a recreation more than an evocation!

I wonder of it has correct RS engine and G50/20 of the M003?

The "real" ones appear to gave gone a little crazy price wise in the last year or so, the spread for authentic factory cars with original panels and matching numbers to recreations, is only going to get wider!

I'd completely concur with that.

I saw no reference to having the correct M64/20 engine and the G50/32 transmission, both of which are unique to the 993 RS/CS.

Wow that is expensive....

Those rear calipers are not Big Reds!!

Based on this mine will be worth at least $160k when I am done. Accepting offers

What an odd mish-mash of parts, looks like 993Cup/RS-CS aero and center locks

bur everything else was sourced from all over the place

not RS/CS rear brakes for sure, not RS front wheel carriers/tie rods for sure

RS/CS and Cup had power steering

964 heads are a definite step backward

M64/20 engine and g50/32 would be the correct engine and trans, g50/30 for Cup & RSR, g50/31 for RS

This is like when guys put a ducktail, fender flares, and Carrera graphics on a longhood and advertise it as a "1973 RS clone."

It's interesting when you look at all of the early '70's 911, 2.2/4 T/E/S that were converted to "look" like a 2.7RS.

Now you find that as so many were converted, an original car is worth far more than an RS alike.

My own 93CS is totally standard, as it left the factory, even with a/c on the options list, so many immediately assume it is a replica, which shows the level of expertise out there!
