Guys we've been through this recently. The PO of this car was a handicapped individual who had to put his wheelchair in on the passenger seat - that's why it looked the way it looked.
We've had several guys at PCA AXs here in SD using hand controls in their Porsches. Its awesome and inspiring to see. Despite whatever life dealt them, they are out living large! So kudos to the PO of this car!
